Banana Honey Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla soy or 1% milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey (or agave)
- handful ice unless using frozen banana
*Options: you can use other milks such as rice, almond or hemp just add 1/2 scoop of protein powder/
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend 30 seconds.
