Blueberry Smoothie

Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast or snack or anytime during the day!  It's a "core" food :)

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana 
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 2 scoops vanilla muscle milk 
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed / linseed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together for 20/30 seconds. Don't let it get frothy and enjoy! 
  2. Try to use chopped up frozen bananas if you can, otherwise room temperature banana will do 
  3. Frozen blueberries - if these are not frozen, the smoothie consistency is too thin.
