Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 scoops vanilla muscle milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed / linseed (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together for 20/30 seconds. Don't let it get frothy and enjoy!
- Try to use chopped up frozen bananas if you can, otherwise room temperature banana will do
- Frozen blueberries - if these are not frozen, the smoothie consistency is too thin.
