Chicken Meatballs
Submitted by:Kelly CovertYou don't need to have pasta to enjoy meatballs! Sub out the meat for chicken or turkey and skip the pasta. Perfect for a snack, but they are not quite a meal on it's own though...
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
- drizzle olive oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Bake for 15-20 minutes; under broiler for last few minutes.
Makes approximately 8 meatballs. Serve with pasta sauce and spaghetti squash.
