Pancakes (Ratio <2)
Submitted by:Pedro GomesSimple & fast. Why load up with refined sugars if you can make this healthy, core diet ratio <2 pancakes?
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 3 eggs & 2 egg Whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the oat flour and the fat free cottage cheese.
- Add the eggs, egg whites and the vanilla extract and mix it well with a fork or in a blender.
- Spray a small frying pan and let it heat up until hot.
- Pour about 1/2 of batter into the pan, tilt slightly to form pancake and flip it when you start to see tiny bubbles forming on top of the pancake.
- Fry it until lightly browned. For best delight, serve immediately (you can add a little agave nectar and blueberries for taste and looks!)
