Cucumber Salad

This is perfect to munch on during the day between snacks and meals. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber; peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.  
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for best results!
