Fruit and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- medium apple; chopped (or 1 cup berries)
- 2 tablspoons almond butter (or 2 tablespoons chopped nuts)
Instructions
- Combine almond butter and yogurt.
- Use apples for dipping; or combine all ingredients. Sometimes I use berries instead of apples, or chopped nuts instead of the almond butter.
- Makes 1 serving
