Fruit and Yogurt

One of my all-time favorite breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • medium apple; chopped (or 1 cup berries)
  • 2 tablspoons almond butter (or 2 tablespoons chopped nuts)

Instructions

  1. Combine almond butter and yogurt.  
  2. Use apples for dipping; or combine all ingredients. Sometimes I use berries instead of apples, or chopped nuts instead of the almond butter.
  3. Makes 1 serving
