Basic Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened apple or grape juice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients in blender.
2. Blend 30 seconds.
