Basic Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened apple or grape juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in blender.

2. Blend 30 seconds.
