Pumpkin Chai Smoothie

Ingredients
2 scoops FieldWork Nutrition vanilla Primo Smoothie 1 cup almond milk 1 banana (frozen is ideal) 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 2-4 dates (pitted) Handful of pecans (or almonds) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cardamom Handful of ice
Instructions
Combine all your ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until creamy enjoy.
