Strawberry Apple Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy or 1% milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 5 frozen strawberries
*Options: subsitute with other milks such as hemp, rice or almond. Add 1/2 scoop of protein to make up for the lower protein content in these milks.
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients in blender.
2. Blend 30 seconds.
