Turkey Burgers
Submitted by:Kim AmmonThe pear in this recipe allows the very lean turkey meat to be juicy, which can otherwise be dry. I typically wrap one burger in a low carb wrap.
Ingredients
- 1 pound 99% fat-free ground turkey
- 1 medium pear; shredded (look for soft pear)
- optional: Fontina cheese; shredded
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Make patties.
3. Grill.
