Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 large container (roughly 16 ounces) of Fage 2% Greek yogurt
- 4-5 cloves pressed garlic (extract using handheld garlic press)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 medium cucumber
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Slice cucumber in half; scoop out pulp; finely chop.
2. Combine yogurt, pressed garlic, oil, vinegar and cucumber in large electric mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix vigorously 30 seconds.
Makes 4 large servings
