TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All registrations are non-refundable
- Registrants opting for the weekly payment option are responsible for the full six weeks of payments (total $150)
- For the App-Only, there are no partial payments nor refunds.
This Program Includes:
- Initial program kick-off meeting, via ZOOM
- Bi-Weekly check-in meetings, via ZOOM, with your Registered Dietitian, in order to answer any questions, and to make sure that everyone is headed in the right direction!
- Six (6) weeks of daily meal plans built around your individual caloric and macronutrient needs, as well as any allergy and/or special dietary needs
- Daily meal plans are delivered through the NOTEMEAL app, and include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options, as well as accompanying recipes
- Fast and easy food logging, to keep track of your intake and keep you on track to a better diet
- Easy-access to your program’s Registered Dietitian, via the NOTEMEAL app, to ask questions, and receive feedback and encouragement to keep at it!
