Youth and Junior Personal Endurance Coaching
There is a 16 week minimum commitment for this program. Please contact us for more information. Your coach will get you started with the Nutrition add-on program if you chose it.
Personal Youth and Junior Coaching comes with a customized, handcrafted monthly training schedule and ongoing communication with both the parent and the junior athlete for triathlon, swimming, cycling, or running.
- Monthly individualized training via Online Software
- Continuous performance testing
- Continuous communication with your coach via email and/or phone with both the parent and the athlete
- Seasonal Race Support
- Evaluation of goal races and plans
- Access to discounts from local and national sponsors
- Discounted equipment rentals
“Nutrition” option (add $399 initial fee + $25/4-week block):
- Nutrition plan developed and signed off by a Youth & Junior skilled registered dietitian
- Example menus provided within your nutrition plan based on your athlete's specific needs
- One-on-one (parent) call with your dietitian to review the nutrition assessment, plan and goals of your athlete (approximately 90 minutes)
- Fueling suggestions for pre, during and post sport
- Ongoing support via email for 3 months following the initial consultation. This support is used to answer any questions that come up from the athlete or parent
Group Session Program (add $50/4-week block):
- Twice weekly local group sessions in the Woodlands (TX) area specific to youth and junior triathletes. Detail here: Youth & Junior group sessions
