One's mental state has a tremendous impact on performance; however, most athletes spend countless hours training their bodies to perform while neglecting to train the mind to perform. The purpose of our mental fitness services is to condition your mind to stay out of the way to allow your body to do what it has been trained to do -- perform. We will work to help you get the most out of your abilities and fully capitalize on the time you have spent physically preparing for competition. The primary goal of our services is to train your mind so that it is in a position to enhance your performance. Our notion behind mental fitness training is to develop awareness around thoughts that may hinder performance. Through the discussion of pertinent issues and the implementation of a variety of applicable skills and strategies, the intention is to train the mind to deal with these thoughts in a productive manner. It's all about enhancing performance. Control your mind. Don't let it control you.
Mental Fitness ConsultationThis package includes a one hour introductory phone consultation with our mental fitness coach. Your background, goals, and critical issues will be discussed in depth. The mental fitness coach will then follow up via email with a summary of the call and advice on how to move forward. You also have the opportunity to follow up with our licensed professional in 30-minute phone calls to monitor your progress and continue discussions. You may purchase these follow up calls in packs of 1, 2, 3, or 5 follow-up consults with our mental fitness coach. Use these consults anytime within 12 weeks of purchase: Single call - $100; 2-Pack - $180; or 3-Pack - $250. You may also purchase recurring monthly calls for $75 each (minimum duration 4 months).
