Interested in training for, and racing, your first 5k, 10K or half-marathon, but not sure how to get there?  Let our coaches take you from START to FINISH! Join one of our training groups. These groups will work together to prepare towards a common goal.

  • This program is intended for those currently running, but new to, the 5-mile/10K or Half-Marathon distances. We recommend a pre-program weekly volume of 8-10 miles, for the Half-Marathon training program, and 4-6 miles for the 5-mile or 10K training program.
  • Payments for training groups are non-refundable.

The Package Includes:
  • Training program for your desired distance delivered, via Training Peaks, our online training log. This training plan will include 12 weeks of workouts to take you from your starting point, across the finish line! 
  • A Training Peaks account will be set up for you. Training Peaks will deliver your workouts daily, to your inbox, and you can use the Training Peaks app to track your training!   
  • Once weekly group run for 12 weeks, where the Team Coaches will give a short talk on varying training related topics, followed by a coached run with other group members!  
  • A course preview run a few weeks prior to the race, to gain comfort and confidence on the race route!  
  • A team t-shirt to wear on race day or for training.
  • Membership to our Private Facebook group for members of both training groups to “chat”.
  • Full access to The Run Formula website, which includes extensive resources on nutrition, strength training, injury fixes, run mechanics, member discounts, a coach supported forum, and much more. 
  
Easton, MA Group      
  • This will be an 12-week program, starting on April 25, 2022, with the first group meet up on Sunday, May 1st.
  • Group will meet on Sundays at 8AM at D.W. Field Park (parking lot by the golf course).
  • Runs will begin with a dynamic warm-up and run drills. Runs will range from hill and speed work to long slow distance (LSD). The group will be coached by Run Formula Coach,Lori Morgan.
  • Online training log with daily workouts.
  • Course preview run.
  • Private Facebook group.
  • This group will focus towards the Narragansett Running Festival (10K or Half-Marathon), held on July 17, 2022, at Stonehill College.
